HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders typically take up to 1-2 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • Average transit times to the United States: 7 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 10 – 45 Business days

NOTE: Major operational issues are currently being experienced by US carriers during the pandemic. We thank you for your patience, and are beginning to see these conditions improve as carriers (specifically USPS and FedEx) begin to catch up from residual delays. 

There are other circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to most countries around the world. You can expect shipping to be fastest to the main markets we serve, such as the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, and other parts of Continental Europe.

Unless you are living in remote places such as Guernsey, Falkan Islands, Gibraltar, or Puerto Rico that have limited access to shipping services, it is highly probable that we can ship the item to you.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive an automated email containing the tracking number after your order is shipped out.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR SHIPPING AND PRIORITY SHIPPING?

Just like any other business, it is imperative to track supply and demand. With Priority Shipping, we will prioritize processing your order regardless if there is a huge demand for it. To set your expectation, shipping time will still be the same as regular shipping but processing will be a lot faster.

WHY HAVE I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages. 

Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. The prices shown on the receipts received MAY be lower than what you have paid but please note that these prices do not include any TAXES & TARIFFS that may have been incurred.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at support@mustardfaithreminder.com

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER DETAILS?

Changes are allowed within 24 hours after you made the purchase. To do so, kindly contact us at mustardseedreminder@gmail.com as soon as possible before the item is shipped. After 24 hours, we can no longer guarantee any request.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information.

Standard shipping time is 3 to 14 days from the date that your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on your location, delivery time will vary.

If you refuse any shipments from mustardfaithreminder.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.

We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
