- seek out a community of believers to walk with me
- create space in my day-to-day life for God by reading the Bible or praying daily
- stop the negative information loops in my head by taking captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ (see Rom 12:21)
- use my faith in God to see the good that can come out of any situation.
- act on what I know is true, even when no one else believes me or wants to help.
- do something for others. In the midst of a crisis, the people around us often need our love and support more than anything else.
